An advanced generation Multi layer co-extrusion blown film line with stack type die, 360 degree oscillating take-up tower, edge position controller, fully automatic back to back winder (auto film-cutting, auto roll-changing & auto roll unloading), bubble basket with motorized open-close arm movement, trimmed wastage auto feed-back device.
Film structure: A+B+C+D+C+B+A
Applicable material: HDPE/LDPE/LLDPE/METALLOCENE-PE/PP/EVA & NYLON
Film application:
A. for industrial - shrinkable film, pallet stretch film & heavy duty bag for resin, rice, peat.
B. for food - cling film, lamination film, barrier film for food fresh, meat, sausage, cooking oil.
C. general – luxury shopping bag, DHL, TNT, UPS envelope.
