A semi automatic machine designed for the rapid slitting & rewinding of stretch film from wider & longer jumbo roll into narrower & shorter small rolls. The layout and operation make it user friendly and ideal for volume production. A skilled operator is not required.
Machine Specifications:
- Designed with high & low two rewinding speeds to suit master roll quality
- 2.3KW AC motor + inverter high speed rewinding at 600 Mts/min, low speed
- rewinding at 450 Mts/min.
- Five web width : 500mm as standard
- Rewinding length 50m - 1000m
- Slitting width 50mm - 500mm
- Rewind roll core 25mm, 51mm & 76mm to be ordered
- Two rewind stations for high production rate
- automatic cycle with Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) control
- Free tension rewinding, No stretching occurs while rewinding
- Guarding and controls CE approved
